I should really tell people we had bergamot cake and duck, because they get the wrong idea when I say we had duck and bergamot cake.

The roast duck came out perfectly, and the bergamot gave a wonderful chai flavour to the cake. A perfect way to celebrate Caitlyn's birthday!
